Cozy stay with great vibes

I had such a nice stay for 5 nights! The staff were super friendly and helped me find my way around. My single room was always clean, and the little touches made it feel homey. I enjoyed a lovely breakfast every morning, but the WiFi was a bit spotty at times.

We had a wonderful stay and loved the delicious breakfast delivered to our room right on time! The pool area was super relaxing, and we enjoyed some well-deserved downtime there. Our room was a bit tight for four adults, but we were out exploring most of the day, so it didn't really matter! 😊

My stay was incredible, especially the breakfast served right to my room – truly a luxurious experience. The room was spacious and had a hidden dining table, which was a delightful surprise. I loved the comfort of the bedding, making it hard to leave each morning. I would absolutely return for another stay.

Perfect for solo business trips

I had a little hiccup when I arrived , but the contactless check-in was super smooth and well organized , which made me feel like they actually care. The room I stayed in was very comfortable, a decent desk space where I had breakfast like a king when it arrived at the exact time I requested.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive , but the overall experience made it acceptable.

I had a lovely time exploring the nearby attractions like the trevi fountain just a short walk away and the stunning spanish steps within easy reach, making my city strolls an absolute joy. as a solo traveler, the cozy atmosphere and helpful staff really made it feel like home even though the shower area was a bit tiny.

the location of donna francesca is perfect! we walked to so many historical sites in just 20-30 minutes. the staff was super welcoming and the self check-in was a breeze. our room was spacious with a huge comfortable bed and a fun dining table that opened up! breakfast in the room was a daily treat.

Perfect location with attentive staff

My family and I enjoyed a lovely stay for 3 nights in a spacious Junior Suite with kitchenette. The location was ideal, just a short walk from Termini and many famous sites. The staff were incredibly friendly, offering great tips on exploring the city and recommending fantastic nearby restaurants. However, it would be nice to have more varied breakfast options.

The room was unbearably small for two people, leaving little room to move around. The noise from the hallway was disruptive, and it felt like we could hear every conversation outside our door. Furthermore, the lift was unsettling. it barely felt secure enough to carry us and our luggage safely.

the sound insulation could definitely be improved as we heard noises from the corridor quite often. Nonetheless, the overall atmosphere was delightful and I appreciated the cleanliness of the room.
